Our company began its operations in 2015 under the name The Best Condo Rental in the View Talay 6 building. However, due to the global pandemic, activities in Thailand were suspended with the country’s closure to the outside world. In 2022, we resumed our operations in the same location, now continuing under the name Condo Express Pattaya.

Currently, we offer services in both residence apartment rentals and as a hotel. Our hotel is situated in the View Talay 6 Building, next to the Central Festival and Hilton Hotel, which boasts an extraordinary location right in the heart of the city. Our apartments are larger than almost any hotel room in Pattaya, with a minimum size of 48 m². Each apartment includes a balcony, a kitchen equipped with all necessary kitchenware, and a large refrigerator. Additionally, all our rooms are equipped with high-speed internet, large-screen televisions, and access to YouTube, Netflix, and Google TV.

Our hotel provides daily room cleaning services, and we have a reception desk on the ground floor. In terms of location, we are next to the Central Festival shopping center, situated between Beach Road and 2nd Street, with Walking Street just a 10-minute walk away. The front of our hotel faces Beach Road, offering direct access to the beach. Terminal 21 Shopping Centre is only 2.5 kilometers away, and Pattaya Night Bazaar and Soi Buakhao are just 150 meters from our hotel.

Within our building, there are cafes, restaurants, markets, massage parlors, and laundries. The building itself has 27 floors, with two floors offering free parking for our guests. We provide 24-hour security service, and the building is equipped with four elevators.
