Booking Terms for Condo Express Pattaya

1. Reservation Confirmation
   A reservation is confirmed once a 20% deposit has been successfully paid through our secure online payment system. The remaining balance is due upon check-in at the property.
2. Payment Methods
   We accept payments through major credit cards and secure online payment platforms. For international wire transfers, any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.
3. Cancellation Policy
   • Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
   • Refunds processed via bank transfer will have any applicable transfer fees deducted. Refunds processed to a credit card are free of charge.
   • Cancellations made less than 10 days before the check-in date will result in the loss of the 20% deposit.
4. Check-in and Check-out
   • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
   • Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests may also be accommodated based on availability and may be subject to additional charges.
5. Amendments to Reservation
   Guests can request changes to their reservation (e.g., date changes or room type) by contacting us directly. All amendments are subject to availability and may involve additional fees.
6. No-Show Policy
   If guests do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be canceled, and the 20% deposit will be forfeited.
7. Refund Policy
   Refunds will only be processed to the same method of payment used during the initial booking. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
8. Occupancy
   The maximum number of guests allowed per room type is strictly enforced. Overcrowding beyond the stated occupancy limits (as specified in the room description) is not permitted and may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
9. Damage and Conduct
   Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. We reserve the right to charge the guest’s credit card for any damages or missing items. Condo Express Pattaya also maintains a strict no-party policy. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner respectful to other guests and staff.
10. Force Majeure
    Condo Express Pattaya is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other events considered “force majeure.”
